WANTED ROOMMATE BEFORE APRIL 1st. AFFORDABLE TOWNHOME in Fargo, North Dakota

Hello, I'm searching for a 4th roommate to move in ASAP before April 1st.
-Clean, quiet, and fully-furnished apartment (besides the room for rent).
-3 bed, 2 bath
-1 garage (2 parking spots).
-WIFI
-Washer and Dryer included.
-Directv (if you have your own TV, we have an extra Directv box if you want to use it in your room)
Large living room, kitchen, laundry room, extra storage space, and small patio outback. (2 level home: kitchen, laundry, living room on main floor; bedrooms upstairs)
Rent is $xxxx for the whole apartment/month, including utilities, $15 electricity.
Splitting four ways it comes down to $280 a month/person. The Townhome is on 34th St. South (Wheathland Townhomes), MSUM is approx. 10 minute away and NDSU is roughly a 15 minute car ride away. Also located within a nice and respectful community.
I am actually moving out, and am interested in finding a new fun person to take my place! My roommates are laid back, clean after themselves, pay bills when they are due, and pretty friendly, also they have a small dog! The townhome complex is pretty laid back on rules, pets are always welcomed.
I am looking for a clean and easy-going person.
